The ZW7-40.5 series outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is a three-phase AC 50 Hz, 40.5 kV outdoor high-voltage switchgear. Equipped with either a spring-operated or electromagnetic operating mechanism, it supports remote electric opening and closing as well as local manual energy storage and manual operation. It is primarily used for control and protection in outdoor 35 kV transmission and substation systems, and is also suitable for normal operation and short-circuit protection in urban and rural power distribution networks, as well as industrial and mining enterprises. The overall structure of the product is porcelain-insulated post-type: the upper porcelain bottle houses the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, while the lower one serves as a supporting insulator. Designed for frequent operations, this product features excellent sealing, resistance to aging, high voltage tolerance, non-combustibility, explosion-proof safety, long service life, and convenient installation and maintenance.
