Customized Transformer Winding Machines Successfully Completed

Recently, two customized transformer winding machines have been successfully completed and are ready for delivery, in accordance with specific customer requirements. These machines are capable of winding two transformer coils simultaneously and are equipped with multi-function pay‑off stands, enabling efficient production of transformers in various specifications.

The customized units feature a modular design that allows flexible adaptation to different transformer core sizes and winding configurations. The multi‑function pay‑off stands support simultaneous feeding of multiple wire gauges, significantly reducing setup time between production runs.
