Inside the Integrated CB Solid‑Core Pole – Internal Structure Explained

2026-09-11 09:32

The primary‑secondary fusion circuit breaker solid‑core pole is a core component in modern intelligent distribution networks. Its internal structure integrates multiple key components within a compact epoxy resin casting.

Key Internal Components and Their Functions:

ComponentFunction
Vacuum InterrupterCore actuating unit for current interruption and closing
Electronic Current Transformer (ECT)Precision current signal acquisition and measurement
Electronic Voltage Sensor (EVS)Voltage signal acquisition (assembled in two of the three pole positions)
Capacitive Power SupplyProvides operating power for electronic components (assembled in the remaining pole position)
Shielding MeshUniform electric field distribution; enhances insulation performance
Conductive RodCurrent conduction path

Structural Layout: Among the three pillars of the solid‑core pole, two are designated for the assembly of electronic voltage sensors, while the third accommodates the capacitive power supply. All components are encapsulated using the epoxy resin automatic pressure gelation (APG) process, with vacuum degassing and precise temperature control, achieving void‑free, high‑density encapsulation.

CNYIHU has deep expertise in high‑voltage insulation and instrument transformer technology. Representative products include the JDZW‑10R 10kV outdoor single‑phase voltage transformer (PT) and the JLSZV‑10 10kV three‑phase outdoor epoxy resin cast combined transformer (metering box). With proprietary patents and independent R&D capabilities, we continue to deliver high‑performance power equipment that meets the evolving needs of smart grid applications.
