Russian Clients Visit CNYIHU for Factory Acceptance of Foil Winding and Coil Winding Machines

A delegation of Russian customers made a special trip to visit CNYIHU to conduct factory acceptance testing for transformer foil winding machines and coil winding machines. The company's technical, project, and commercial teams accompanied them throughout the process, successfully completing the factory inspection of the full set of equipment. All equipment indicators passed customer verification, and the acceptance was a complete success.

On-site, both parties first reviewed the technical agreement standards. Then, in the production workshop, they conducted overall appearance inspections, no-load trial runs, and on-load process tests on the foil winding and coil winding machines. The customers conducted detailed tests and parameter reviews on core performance aspects such as foil material tension control, foil strip edge correction, wire routing accuracy, and coil winding consistency. Our engineers cooperated on-site to demonstrate equipment operation and answered technical questions regarding equipment operation, maintenance, and overseas on-site commissioning.
