Winding Production Line Successfully Delivered to Zhejiang Instrument Transformer Factory

Recently, an instrument transformer factory in Zhejiang required a new winding production line due to capacity expansion. CNYIHU provided the complete set of production equipment and technical support for this project.

The delivered production line configuration includes 3 current transformer winding machines, 7 fully automatic voltage transformer primary winding machines, and 3 voltage transformer secondary winding machines. This covers the core processes of primary and secondary coil winding for both current and voltage transformers. Once the entire set of equipment is put into production, it will significantly enhance the customer's transformer coil production capacity, improve coil processing consistency, reduce manual intervention, and help the enterprise expand capacity and stabilize product quality to meet market order demands.
