Ⅰ.summary

1. This equipment is primarily designed for the crimping operation of metal fittings and core rods in composite insulator products. The main unit adopts a vertical configuration with an appropriate operating height, facilitating production, disassembly, and maintenance by operators. The system consists of a main unit, a sheet metal housing, a hydraulic system, a data measurement system (for load monitoring), and a data processing system.

The hydraulic system employs high-precision hydraulic control valves to perform precise tracking and adjustment of the loading mechanism, featuring continuous press-fitting capability. Users simply place the sample, and the system automatically conducts tests according to preset loading parameters, with functions including automatic monitoring of clamping force and loading rate, as well as peak value retention.

The device features overload protection during crimping. Two sets of shock-resistant pressure gauges are installed at the front end to continuously monitor the precise pressure values in the hydraulic system, providing comparative displays via both computer and mechanical interfaces to ensure quality, safety, and reliability.

2. The Buyer shall provide the technical specifications and financial support for the equipment, and facilitate the Seller in conducting site inspections, installation and commissioning, acceptance procedures, and related tasks.

3. The Seller shall strictly comply with national standards and the technical specifications provided by the Buyer, and fulfill the equipment manufacturing and delivery schedule as agreed.
