Description:
1. The ZBR series automatic wire-winding machine is specifically designed for high-voltage round and flat wire coils in transformers, integrating wire feeding tension, interlayer insulation, main shaft winding, and automatic wire laying into one unit.
2. Equipped with an electric magnetic powder unwinding stand compatible with both round and flat wires, offering adjustable and constant tension. The base of the unwinding stand features movable guide rails and an electronic control system, enabling synchronized forward and backward movement with the main winding shaft.
3. Interlayer insulation employs dual-axis inflatable spindles, allowing independent unwinding.
4. The main shaft winding is driven by a high-power motor combined with a gearbox, delivering stable winding torque. Winding speed is infinitely variable.
5. Wire laying is driven by a servo motor paired with ball screw transmission, ensuring uniform and tight turns with high precision. The winding head uses nylon guide wheels to minimize friction and prevent damage to enamel-coated wire.
6. The control system uses PLC with a 10-inch touch screen, capable of storing process parameters and recalling them instantly when changing specifications.
