Description:
1. Suitable for winding primary coils on R-type closed iron cores of voltage transformers.
2. Equipped with a servo ball screw wire laying device, ensuring high-precision wire placement. Winding speed is infinitely variable via frequency conversion control, reaching up to 1400 rpm. A grating rotary encoder provides speed and angle signals, enabling highly accurate spindle rotation and wire laying operations with an error margin below ±0.1%.
3. Features a damping tensioner for precise tension adjustment. Tension remains stable without fluctuation, minimizing risks of wire breakage or coil loosening and slippage.
4. Controlled by touch screen + PLC, enabling automatic forward and reverse counting, power failure and wire break protection, parking brake, parking memory, winding position setting, and real-time monitoring of operational data.
