Description:

1. Designed for winding primary coils on R-type closed iron cores of voltage transformers, achieving high-precision layered wire laying and synchronized interlayer insulation paper winding. Integrated automatic paper feeding, cutting, wrapping, and stacking ensure uniform overlap width and tightness across all insulation layers. The servo wire laying system automatically follows and compensates for the coil's outer diameter, achieving positioning accuracy of 0.001 mm. Wires are tightly arranged without skipping, overlapping, or loose strands, resulting in uniformly shaped coils.  

2. Compatible with insulation materials such as PMP, DMD, polyester film, composite paper, and cable paper. The insulation paper mechanism operates synchronously with the winding process.  

3. Equipped with a digital display damping tensioner that provides real-time tension monitoring and precise adjustment. Tension remains balanced and stable, reducing the risk of wire breakage or coil loosening.  

4. Winding speed is infinitely variable via frequency conversion control, reaching up to 1400 rpm. A grating rotary encoder outputs speed and angle signals, ensuring extremely accurate spindle speed and wire laying operation with an error margin below ±0.1%.  

5. Controlled by touch screen + PLC, enabling automatic forward and reverse counting, protection against power failure, wire breakage, or paper interruption, parking brake, parking memory, winding position setting, and real-time monitoring of operational data. The touch screen stores multiple process programs (turns, width, wire diameter, paper wrapping parameters), allowing one-click recall when switching transformer models. Fixtures can be quickly replaced, adapting to various frame sizes and wire diameters.
