Description:
1. The vacuum casting equipment is a high-voltage electrical insulation molding system designed for epoxy resin and silica micro-powder filler systems, used for the one-step molding of high-voltage insulation components such as current/voltage transformers, dry-type transformers, bushings, and insulators. The complete system consists of five main units: vacuum casting tank, vacuum unit, heating system, dynamic vacuum mixing system, and PLC control system.
2. Vacuum Casting Tank: The casting tank uses direct electric heating elements. It uses rock wool for insulation and stainless steel sheets for cladding. It comes standard with dual-layer explosion-proof observation windows. The lid opens sideways via rotation and is equipped with a safety interlock device. A load-bearing trolley inside the tank allows entire molds to be loaded and unloaded. A compressed air pressurization system ensures stable internal pressure within the tank.
3. The vacuum unit employs a multi-stage vacuum system combining Roots pumps and rotary vane pumps, integrated with condensation filters that adsorb volatile epoxy resin compounds, protecting the vacuum pumps and extending their service life.
4. The mixing tank uses thermal oil heating, while the casting tank uses direct electric heating elements, both featuring automatic temperature control and over-temperature alarm protection.
5. Dynamic Vacuum Mixing System: The mixer uses a fixed-speed reducer motor, with a film degassing impeller installed inside the tank. A helical lifting paddle transports the resin upward to the top for conical degassing.
6. PLC Control System: Operated via PLC and a 10-inch touch screen, the system includes built-in standard casting and curing process curves and supports switching between manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic modes.
