Description:
1. The static mixing system is suitable for material supply in epoxy resin gelation equipment (APG equipment) and vacuum casting equipment. This system uses vacuum to suck resin, toughening agents, hardeners, and silica micro-powder into respective pre-mix tanks, where they are heated and prepared under vacuum. Material feeding weight is automatically measured and controlled by electronic scales. After pre-mixing, liquid pressure drives the materials through a static mixer, achieving uniform blending of component A (resin) and component B (hardener). Combined with servo metering pumps, it enables immediate mixing and casting. Fully automated batching ensures high accuracy in mixing ratios, reduces labor intensity, and is ideal for large-scale or batch production with no contamination. Compared to traditional dynamic mixing tanks, this system resolves issues such as premature gelation, local ratio imbalance, poor product curing, excessive partial discharge, and high material waste.
2. The static mixing system features high automation integration, with PLC coordination of metering, vacuum extraction, and casting processes. Parameters including mixing ratios, flow rates, and mixing duration are stored, enabling one-button switching between different products.
3. The equipment includes an automatic feeding system, filler drying tank, epoxy resin pre-mix tank, hardener pre-mix tank, vacuum unit, heating system, static mixing unit, and control system.
